“Publishing Oirbo in Early Access has two main objectives; firstly to gather feedback regarding the difficulty and scope of the content we have now, and secondly to help us sculpt the gameplay, trying all of our mechanics and level designs together to find the best mix of elements for a fast-paced metroidvania.”

“Oirbo will be in Early Access for 6-12 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“When the full version is released we plan to expand the world with more content: a new area, story conclusions, and level design/graphical improvements.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Oirbo is currently a 10-20 hour experience with all the planned gameplay mechanics and features included from day 1. Players can expect a fun, challenging game with 4 massive areas to explore, stories to collect, bosses to fight, and abilities to unlock. Future development will be content-focused, increasing the size of the map and finishing the story.”

Oirbo is a 2D action-platformer adventure that takes place on a huge spacecraft divided into interconnected areas. Search in every section for the pieces that make out the history of the journey and enhance your skills and components to get to new heights.

Explore a massive spaceship to find answers, but beware the army of robots that are coming for you; avoid them; fight them or simply outsmart them in this futuristic hand-drawn adventure in space!
